Your data, clearly.
Useful information about the data needed to run the store.
Controller and purposes.
The data controller is INFOTECH (Thomas Techer), 81 CHEMIN LAGOURGUE, 97440 Saint-André, La Réunion.
We use your name, address, email and phone number to process and deliver your order and answer your requests (performance of the contract), and to keep our accounts (legal obligation). Order data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then archived for up to ten years for accounting records; customer service requests are kept for three years after the last exchange.
Recipients.
Only the necessary data is shared with our logistics partner and the carrier to prepare and deliver your order, with our payment provider Stripe to collect your payment, and with our hosting provider. Your data is never sold.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably our logistics partner in China, our hosting provider in South Africa and Stripe in the United States. Transfers related to delivery are necessary to perform your order; the others rely on the contractual safeguards offered by these providers.
Cookies and choices.
Advertising measurement is optional and off by default. If you accept it and the service is enabled, we may link your purchase to an ad and send Meta a purchase event: amount, currency, order and product reference, hashed email address and browser information. Your choice is kept in your session for up to 180 days.
The store measures its audience with Umami, which we host ourselves, with no cookies and no cross-site tracking. It counts page views, where visits come from (including ad links), checkout steps and purchase amounts, without any personal data about the buyer.
You can accept, refuse or withdraw your choice at any time from “Ad preferences” at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal blocks pending transmissions; it does not remove an event already received by Meta. This choice is separate from the cookies needed for the session and from accepting the terms of sale.
Exercising your rights.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and may withdraw any consent at any time. Email us to exercise these rights; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
You can email us at support@monthpiece.com.
