Seller and products.

These terms apply to purchases made on monthpiece.com from INFOTECH (Thomas Techer), SIRET 81183677400026, 81 CHEMIN LAGOURGUE, 97440 Saint-André, La Réunion. You accept them when ordering; the applicable version is the one published on the day of your order.

Each month, the store features one product. Its main characteristics, price and availability are shown on its page before you order. Sales are reserved for adults buying for their personal needs.

Price, delivery and charges on arrival.

The product price, delivery charges, currency and total payable are shown before confirmation. The French version displays and charges in euros (EUR), the English version in US dollars (USD), after conversion at the dated rate shown. The applicable price is the one displayed when you order.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Displayed prices are final prices.

Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged on delivery. They are not included in the displayed price and are payable by the recipient. In Réunion, import VAT, octroi de mer and regional octroi de mer may apply.

Ordering and payment.

You choose the quantity, destination and your details, then review the summary and can correct it before paying. The contract is concluded once payment is accepted. We then email you the order confirmation and a link to track it.

Payment is due when you order. It is processed securely by our provider Stripe; we never have access to your card details. Your order is only prepared once payment is confirmed.

Delivery and incidents.

The delivery time and price are shown before payment, depending on the destination. Your order is prepared and shipped by our logistics partner, and tracking is available from your order page. We remain your contact if a parcel is late, lost or damaged.

If the product is not delivered within the stated time, you can ask us to deliver it within a reasonable additional period; failing that, you can cancel the order and be refunded all sums paid, in accordance with articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Withdrawal and returns.

You have fourteen days from receiving the product to withdraw, without giving a reason and without any cost other than return shipping. To do so, use the “Withdraw from the contract here” function on your order tracking page, or send us an unequivocal statement before the deadline, for example using the model below.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. Use the “Withdraw” link on your order tracking page, email support@monthpiece.com with your order number, or send the model form from our terms of sale. Then return the complete product, in its packaging, within 14 days of telling us, to: INFOTECH – Thomas Techer, 81 chemin Lagourgue, 97440 Saint-André, La Réunion, France. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the original payment method; we may wait until we receive the product or proof that you sent it. A faulty or non-conforming product is handled at our expense: contact us with a photo.

Guarantees and complaints.

Regardless of any commercial guarantee, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code). You can obtain a free repair or replacement or, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale. Any defect that appears within two years is presumed to have existed at delivery. You also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), to be claimed within two years of discovery. No additional commercial guarantee is offered.
